Largest Hajj pilgrimage since COVID-19 pandemic begins in Mecca

One million Muslim pilgrims have converged on Saudi Arabia’s holy city of Mecca for the largest Hajj since the coronavirus pandemic severely curtailed access to one of Islam’s pillars.
